Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at footesheabutter.com once a order is shipped we do not except returns or exchanges.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel any order before it is processed, packed and or shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products will only be replaced with-in 7 days of purchase. After contacting support @ www.footesheabutter@gmail.com Please submit photo images of damaged or defective products. Customer is responsible for their own return shipping.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have a 1-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Orders placed during a holiday will have an approximate lead time of at least 4-5 business days upon receipt of order.

The tracking number shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package ?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped,  Foote Shea Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. If the error is on our part, we will honor and replace your product. Customer is responsible for their own return shipping.
